Outcome
600,000+ Assets
Public asset records — culverts, streetlights, drainage lines, community buildings — existed in inconsistent formats across 18 district offices, many still on paper. There was no way to get a consolidated view of what existed, where, or in what condition.
A traditional survey approach would have taken years and struggled with low-connectivity rural areas.
We deployed our offline-first Mobile Survey Platform to over 200 field enumerators simultaneously, with standardised digital forms replacing paper registers. Data synced automatically whenever connectivity was available, feeding into a central PostgreSQL asset registry.
A supervisor review workflow caught data-quality issues in near real time rather than at final compilation.
